If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you received a product that has been mis-shipped or is defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement of your Product if you contact Fujifilm within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the defective and/or mis-shipped Product. Orders may not be cancelled once submitted.
